Terms of Service

Welcome to EasyCut PRO (CortaFácil PRO). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyCut PRO mobile application ("App") provided by Lawton Digital ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EasyCut PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use our App.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional business operations (such as planning cabinetry cuts, sheet layout fabrications, wood cutting list estimations, and similar workshop projects) on a device owned or controlled by you.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some premium features of EasyCut PRO (such as industrial DXF exporting and advanced multi-panel nesting algorithms) may require a paid subscription. Payments, cancellations, and renewals are handled securely through the Apple App Store, subject to the terms and billing policies of Apple Inc. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Intellectual Property

All copyright, branding, algorithms, interface layouts, vector rendering engines, and source codes contained within the App are the exclusive intellectual property of Lawton Digital and are protected by international trademark and copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

EasyCut PRO calculates layouts using advanced mathematical modeling. However, **woodworking and fabrication require physical safety, precise measuring, and experienced machinery handling.**

The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the mathematical optimization layouts will be completely free from real-world discrepancy or cut alignment error. You are solely responsible for verifying cutting layouts, measurements, blade kerfs, margins, and grain directions prior to committing tool cuts on raw physical materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lawton Digital or its developers be held liable for any material damage, wasted wood, broken tools, financial losses, physical injury, or indirect damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the calculations generated by the App.
